We are delighted to announce the launch of our Social Housing Benchmarking Portal! If you’re interested to know how your health and safety performance sits alongside other housing providers, we run our own independent and confidential benchmarking service on behalf of our retained clients and other guest housing providers. Health, safety and wellbeing performance data is collected quarterly, tabulated, and fed back anonymously to all contributing providers. We have run the benchmarking service manually for some time, but our upgrade to a new secure, self-service platform means we can now roll out the facility to a much larger group. Watch this space! We hope this facility will give our contributors an insight into both your own and the sector’s performance levels. It’s amazing what you can learn by comparing yourself to others. Not yet a member? We are actively recruiting new members to join the benchmarking group! The more users we have, the richer the data will be for all.
