VINCI Wellbeing Suite

The Brief.

VINCI wanted to create an environment where their employees feel comfortable to have conversations about Health and Wellbeing. This learning solution was aimed at raising awareness of general Wellbeing, whilst also ensuring employees understand what they can expect from VINCI and what VINCI expects from them in terms of Health and Wellbeing.

What we did.

First, we listened. When we had a through understanding of their aims, objectives and leaner needs, we were able to spec out an engaging and informative Wellbeing Suite.

The Results.

A fully responsive Wellbeing Suite. Features include mini lifestyle modules for areas such as Activity and Sleep, full eLearning courses for Mental Health Awareness and Stress Awareness, plus engaging videos to illustrate breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Further tools provide signposting to additional wellbeing support.
